Holy Hill (Svaty kopecek)

Monastery was on this site since 1078. Since 1151 premonstratensians monastery. In 1669-1679 large two spires baroque pilgrimage Church of the Visitation of the Virgin Mary was built, designed by Italian architect Giovanni Pietro Tencalla. Chapel was finished four years later. In 1995 it was visited by Pope John Paul II and raised to the status of basilica minor.
